commercial collection accounts, which may
include “contract” accounts in advance of
invoicing, for a $200M publicly traded growing
company. The ideal candidates will have at least
2 years commercial collections experience
managing accounts over 90 days old in a Sarbanes
Oxley compliant environment. As 30-40% of the
job is researching and resolving questions
regarding billing, prior research based
experience versus “dialing for dollars”
experience is critical. Software/technology
experience is preferred as is experience with
MAS90/200/500 and Excel.

This position
manages business analysis and reporting in
support of all departments, including executive
management, and if necessary, develops new tools
and reports to meet the needs of the
organization. The role is responsible for
conducting decision support activities including
business reporting, market analytics, and
forecasting to ensure that accurate information
is available to key decision makers. It analyzes
implications for product lines and manages
relationships and all reporting to external
industry committees, organizations, and
syndicated research companies. The ideal
candidate will possess a minimum of 5 years
experience in business or market analytics and
reporting work, including proven experience
producing detailed quantitative reports on a
regular basis, as well as handling comprehensive
analysis of information and its impact on the
business. Strong analytical, financial and
problem solving skills, as well as solid oral
and written communication skills are mandatory,
along with strong presentation and public
speaking skills and exceptional organizational
and detail orientation. The completion of a
Master's degree is required along with Microsoft
Office proficiency, especially with advanced
Excel applications. The ability for occasional
domestic and international travel is also
needed.
